Technical Specifications

Structure: The structure is constructed using earthquake-resistant and termite-proof materials. The concrete will be of M-15 grade with steel Fe 415+ grade.

Plastering: Plastering will be done using a mix of 1:5 cement, sand, and mortar.

Walls: All exterior walls will be plastered with a 1:5 cement, sand, and mortar mixture. The external corners of the walls will be finished with washable emulsion paint.

Plaster of Paris Work: Plaster of Paris (P.O.P.) work will be done in the drawing room, lobby, bedrooms, and hallways.

Flooring: The drawing room and lobby floors will have vitrified tiles measuring 24″x24″, while the bathrooms and kitchen floors will have 12″x12″ anti-skid tiles. All tiles will be of a branded variety.

Kitchen: The kitchen countertop will be constructed with granite, and tiles will be applied up to a height of 2 feet above the counter for a clean finish.

Bathrooms: Bathrooms will have tiles applied up to a height of 7 feet, and all fittings will be of a branded variety.
